The Legal and Compliance Direction of Luz Saúde, headed by lawyer João Ferreira Rebelo, was yesterday recognised as one of the most influential internal legal services teams in the Iberian Peninsula, integrating the Portugal Teams 2019 ranking of Legal 500 of the best professionals in law. This is one of the world's most well-known directories of lawyers and law firms, dedicated for more than 30 years to evaluating performance and publishing reports, drawing rankings covering more than 100 jurisdictions which are a benchmark in the sector. The legal team of Luz Saúde, which had already been honored in 2017, was selected to join GC Powerlist Iberia, which identifies the best lawyers within companies in Portugal and Spain in terms of influence and capacity for innovation. João Ferreira Rebelo, who won this prize individually in 2018, said: "It's great to feel that the effort and commitment of our team is recognised. I owe a special thank you to everyone and to each one in particular. We go on happier and with an open smile”.
