The LUZ ON PRIME card is an annual subscription plan, per 25€/month, giving access to other exclusive benefits: LUZ Client 360 ◦ Manager; Assignment of a Family Doctor, including a consultation or video consultation; A base package including clinical analyses and electrocardiogram; Healthcare provided in the comfort of your home (namely sampling for clinical analyses and post-surgical nursing); A priority video consultation and transportation to the Urgent Care service of one of our hospitals, following screening on LUZ 24. The annual subscription of LUZ ON PRIME can be made via MY LUZ app , on the front desk of Hospital da Luz Network hospitals and clinics, or by phone 217 104 400 (national landline).
